I'm a builder in Austin and use Andy for finishing new concrete floors. I've also seen his work refinishing existing floors for a friend. All of the work is top notch. He's responsive, and his work is fairly priced. His employees are very careful and neat in their work - important when you have a fully finished home and you're hoping not to ruin walls and have to repaint. Also he doesn't just send his employees out. You will meet Andy and he will be on the jobsite. It's a small business, he is hands on, and the quality shows.
